     Organizer and the business driver of the team. Former StyleFactory member, he has 7 extensive years of
     experience in all areas of events, be it corporate or private, locally or overseas. A passionate believer in focusing
     on quality than quantity of special events annually. Delsen decided to venture out on his own and founded Ground
     Productions together with Gary.

     Delsen strongly believes in constantly being at the forefront of marketing communication consultancy to innovate
     and provide new creative ideas for quality customised events everytime for all his clients.

     Started with window display, exhibition design, interior designing to event management. With his meticulous eye
     for beautiful things, he draws his inspiration from his love of architecture design and traveling, constant exploring
     unexpected locations and new ideas to meet the needs of clients, covering all aspect from planning to complete
     event management and production. Gary conceptualizes, designs and transforms the need from zero to forms,
     not only locally but also regionally.

     Being in the industry for the 8 years, Gary works with a strong network of audio visual companies and production
     houses to produce and bring the events to a new level.
